11. Convocation Photography
- a) Individual photographs for graduates will be taken by the appointed professional photographers while receiving the diploma holder on stage. This convocation photography package is already included in the Convocation Fee.
- b) All matters pertaining to individual on-stage photo and photo delivery shall be solely handled by the appointed company. Graduates are to liaise with the company for any issues with regards to your convocation photo, not GMI.
- c) Photos taken at any participating photo booth or photo studio outside the ceremony hall are not included in the convocation photography package.
- d) During the convocation ceremony, graduates, parents and guests are strongly advised to remain seated at all times. Photo or video shoot is only allowed while seated.
12. Return of Convocation Robe & Collection of Diploma & Academic Transcript
- All convocation robes must be returned at DDEC Room and ROOM 324 Ground Floor, Kompleks Teknologi 3 (KT3) after the ceremony session ended. After that only you are allowed to collect your Diploma and Academic Transcript.
- Graduates are responsible for their convocation robe themselves.
- Only graduates attending the Convocation Ceremony are allowed to collect their Diploma and Academic Transcript at DDEC Room and ROOM 324 Ground Floor, Kompleks Teknologi 3 (KT3), only after returning the convocation robe.
- Other than the above, graduates are allowed to collect their Diploma and Academic Transcript at the Student Services Section, Registrar’s Office, Ground Floor, KT1 GMI starting from 19 November 2024 (Tuesday) onwards (Tuesday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm).
13. Refund Payment
- Please scan the QR code below.
- The refund deposit will be processed within 6 months after the document completed and the status changes to Graduated.
- If the payment has been made, you will receive notification via email.
