- Other attire than mentioned above is strictly prohibited from entering the ceremony hall.
9. The Ceremony
- The GMI 31 Convocation Ceremony will be held at Feisol Hassan-Halle, German-Malaysian Institute. Graduates are required to gather at Ground Floor, Kompleks Teknologi 3 (KT3), German-Malaysian Institute @ 7.00 am (08 November 2025) and please adhere the following:
- a) Graduates will be guided to queue-up before the procession ceremony.
- b) Late comers will not be allowed to enter the ceremony hall.
- c) Upon entering the ceremony hall, graduates will be guided to their seating.
- d) Graduates will be called by secretariats on duty to queue-up for the Diploma giving ceremony. Please submit your call card to the secretariat (to call your name to the stage)
- e) Please show your respect to the ceremony by being silent and reducing your movement when in the hall throughout the ceremony.
- f) No graduates shall leave the hall until the ceremony ends, unless it is an emergency.
