Guideline for Convocation Attire:

Dress Code for Graduands:

	Male	Female
1	Dark lounge suit/ Formal Attire with necktie	Dark lounge suit with pants or skirt underneath the knee
2	National attire of black Baju Melayu, Sampin and plain black Songkok	National attire of Baju Kurung that is inoffensive, unrevealing or see-through.
3	Black shoes with dark socks.	Covered black shoes with heels less than 2 inches.
4	Clean cut look and tidy hair style	Tidy hair style or neatly-worn hijab.

Dress Code for Guests/Parents/Spouse:

	Male	Female
1	Batik shirt / Formal Attire	Formal attire with pants or skirt underneath the knee
2	National attire of Baju Melayu, Sampin and plain black Songkok	National attire of Baju Kurung that is inoffensive, unrevealing or see-through.
3	Proper and covered footwear	Proper footwear.

Note: Other attire than mentioned above is strictly prohibited from entering the ceremony hall.

Vehicle Sticker

Each graduate will be provided with only one (1) vehicle sticker. Only vehicles displaying the official vehicle sticker will be permitted to park within the GMI campus during the Convocation Ceremony on 31 October 2026.

Vehicles without the sticker must be parked outside the GMI campus, including at the designated parking area at Global Ark International School and other designated parking areas provided for the event.

Call Card & Robe Collection

All graduates who will be attending the Convocation Ceremony are required to register (once) on any of the dates shown below

IMPORTANT: Graduates Registration/ Payment Verification/ Robe Collection before or after date and time above is NOT ALLOWED.

Graduates Invitation Card

Graduates are allowed to bring in two (2) persons only into the ceremony hall via invitation card.
The invitation card for hall access will be distributed during the Graduates Registration at GMI Sports Complex.

Refund Deposit

The refund deposit will be processed within 6 months after the document completed.

Date: 30 October 2026 (Friday)

Time: 2.30pm

Attire: Smart casual

The rehearsal is compulsory
