Outstanding Fee & Convocation Fee Information

  1. Understanding Outstanding and Convocation Fees
    Please note that Outstanding Fee refers to the total amount you owe to GMI for tuition and other charges accumulated throughout your studies. Convocation fee is the fee you need to pay for convocation. These two fees are different altogether.
  2. Attendance Eligibility for Convocation
    Graduates with any outstanding fee balance will not be permitted to attend the Convocation Ceremony. All outstanding amounts must be fully settled prior to the deadline.

  3. How to Check Your Outstanding Balance
    You may contact our Finance Department to check and verify your outstanding fees:

  4. Important Deadlines
    – Outstanding Fee Clearance: Must be completed by 24 October 2026
    – Convocation Fee Payment: Must be made by 24 October 2026

Attendance Fee Amount Description Note
Attending RM 400.00 Inclusive of convocation robe, photography, diploma holder & administrative charges. Cut-off date for payment is: 24 October 2026
Not Attending RM 200.00 Inclusive of diploma holder & administrative charges. Proof of payment is required upon collection of Diploma & Academic Transcript.
