MOHE Tracer Study & GMI Graduate Survey

All graduates regardless of Convocation attendance are required to complete both the GMI Graduate Survey and the MOHE Tracer Study.

This survey is made compulsory to all graduates of 2026 by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) to all graduating students in the Institute of Higher Learning (IPT).

Steps to complete the Tracer Study:

  1. Visit the portal using Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Google Chrome.
  2. Login using your IC number (without spaces).

📅 Available from 01 September 2026 to 30 October 2026

Important:

  • After completing the survey, print the slip and submit it during Graduates Registration.

  • Failure to complete the survey will result in ineligibility to register and collect your graduation robe.

Updating Employment Status:
If Graduates who have completed SKPG1 and wish to update their current employment status may do so by filling out the SKPG 2.0 Graduate Tracer Study survey at the following link:

Please note that updates can only be made 24 hours after submitting SKPG1.

This survey is mandatory for all GMI graduating students.

  • Deadline: Complete the survey before Graduates Registration (29 & 30 October 2026).
  • Reminder: Survey completion will be verified during registration.

Failure to submit the survey before the deadline will result in ineligibility to register.
