Individual photographs for graduates will be taken by the appointed professional photographers while receiving the diploma holder on stage. This convocation photography package is already included in the Convocation Fee.
All matters pertaining to individual on-stage photo and photo delivery shall be solely handled by the appointed company. Graduates are to liaise with the company for any issues with regards to your convocation photo, not GMI.
Photos taken at any participating photo booth or photo studio outside the ceremony hall are not included in the convocation photography package.
During the convocation ceremony, graduates, parents and guests are strongly advised to remain seated at all times. Photo or video shoot is only allowed while seated.
Refund Deposit
The refund deposit will be processed within 6 months after the document completed.
