All convocation robes must be returned to GMI Sports Complex after the ceremony session ends. After that only you are allowed to collect your Diploma and Academic Transcript.
Graduates are responsible for their convocation robe themselves.
Only graduates attending the Convocation Ceremony are allowed to collect their Diploma and Academic Transcript at GMI Sports Complex, after returning the convocation robe.
Other than the above, graduates are allowed to collect their Diploma and Academic Transcript at the Student Services Section, Registrar’s Office, Ground Floor, KT1 GMI starting from 11th November 2025 (Tuesday) onwards (Tuesday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm).
Refund Deposit
The refund deposit will be processed within 6 months after the document completed.
