Graduates Registration

Graduates Registration Guideline

All graduates who will be attending the Convocation Ceremony are required to register (once) on any of the dates shown below:

7 November 2025 9.30 am to 12.30 noon – GMI Sports Complex

Action to be Taken

  1. Submit slip of MOHE Tracer Study.
  2. Verify submission of GMI Graduate Survey.
  3. Verify payment (Convocation fee or Outstanding fee). 
  4. Collect call cards.
    The card to be presented during convocation day by the graduates (to call your name to the stage).
    A fine of RM100 will be charged for any missing card.
  5. Collection of Convocation Robe
  6. Attend rehearsal @ 2.30pm on 07th November 2025 (Friday) at Feisol Hassan-Halle, German-Malaysian Institute (compulsory).

Note: Graduates Registration/ Payment Verification/ Robe Collection before or after date and time above is NOT ALLOWED.
